Recipe Packs

Planning made easy! There are 40 or more different recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinners per pack! They include 2 different weekly recipe plans that is optional to follow along, and include the shopping lists for those written out planned recipe weeks. These are recipes coach Kandace uses! Easy to follow, various gluten free recipe options, dairy free, low carb, high protein, vegetarian, quick options, or recipes that contain nuts. It also contains the bar code in each recipe to scan for entry in the caloric intake tracker on

my fitness pal app.

What to Expect

Awesome healthy and nutritious 40 or more recipe options to choose from! Variety of different foods to choose from in the recipe bank. Pick and choose what you'd like, modify what you need. The pack provides a good outline on examples of what a week could look like, use it how you prefer! Low Carb Recipe Pack has recipes that tend to be lower in carbohydrates vs proteins and fats. High Protein Recipe Pack is great for, you guessed  it! High Protein dense meals! These two options are based on preference on which meals you'd prefer most.

High Protein and Low Carb Recipe Packs have completely different recipes! None are the same. The carb pack has 40 different  recipes and Protein pack has 52! Each pack provides details on what you need to do in order to prepare the food, for steps in cooking. 

Pre Written Week Recipe Plan

Recipe Plan that Kandace follows for Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner each day for a week! 2 total weeks, each one is different Each recipe can be modified based on your specific nutrition needs as well as the amount/service size based on your own specific caloric needs.

Tired of having to guess and plan what to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner? Take the guessing out of what to get for the recipes as its already written out based on the weekly pre planned schedule!
