The Program will be created after a meeting and questionnaire to dig deep into what your needs will be and plan will be written accordingly.


  • 1-on-1  Google Docs & Zoom

  • Record kept in live time - enter reps sets as Kandace can review for performance and progress

  • Researched and Scientific Based

  • Monthly workout plan​​ - dependent on your schedule

  • Two 30-minute zoom check-ins per month if necessary and additional email check-ins   

  • Exercise form analysis and feedback - videos can be sent to Kandace

  • Habit, lifestyle and nutrition coaching with customized Macronutrient and calorie breakdown/tracking & logging

  • Grocery shopping and meal prep ideas and tips  - recipe options

Ive worked with Professional snowboarders, pro mountain bikers, pro dirt bikers, semi pro baseball players, gymnasts, special olympics athletes, high level pickle ball players, and other sport athletes, to cardiac patients and pulmonary rehab, as well as individuals out of physical therapy for rehab. I have helped people through their shoulder injuries, strengthen their knee replacements, increase range of motion with hip mobility concentration, aided in 50+ lbs of weight loss, helped tennis and golfers elbow disappear, and aided individuals through their slipped discs to avoid surgery. 

I work with any athlete, need, fitness goal, or corrective exercise focus. There's no better feeling to help someone crush a goal the have had for a while and seeing the joy they have from it. You can do anything. Let me know your goals!
