Elite level equipment - Seraphim Fitness has all the equipment needed to perform any exercises in any gym. We have all the abilities to move correctly, functionally - so its even better than using specific machines.
Education on use of equipment/bars/bands/etc. is top priority to teach you how to move with form effectively, efficiently, and proficiently.
